MILITARY RECORDS REQUEST
To request a copy of documents from your official personnel file; follow one of the methods below:
Preferred Method: A military veteran, or next of kin of a deceased, former member of the military can request copies of military records including previously issued DD Form 214's by accessing the link below and following the instructions on the webpage. The next of kin can be any of the following: surviving spouse that has not remarried, father, mother, son, daughter, sister, or brother.
